JOB DESCRIPTION
Due to continual growth, a market leader within the Composite Boatbuilding sector requires a Superyacht Fitter to join them at their main site on the South Coast.

The role will entail working alongside the Project Management team and Team Leader to site, install and fit the various systems required on a high performance or luxury sailing vessel. You will understand the theory behind, and be able to demonstrate the fitment, mounting and setup of deck hardware, pumps, and a range of different systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a fitter installing systems at a high profile International yard to some of the most luxurious and/or high performance yachts. You will work to a very high standard and be able to work without supervision. Attention to detail is key, and an understanding of how the various systems operate will be advantageous
