JOB DESCRIPTION
As well as the day-to-day aspect of managing and completing the service work this position will be responsible for continual growth of the department and developing market share. With a diverse work load ranging from dinghies to super yachts the right candidate will need to demonstrate detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas of sail making.

Leadership qualities will need to be present with the ability to manage a small but growing close knit team essential.  Duties will include scheduling of works, quotations and estimates, liaising with production over shop floor capabilities, booking in work, dealing with clients  including collections, removals, installations and site visits. Promotion of business outside of hours will be expected both on and off the water.

Computer literacy with knowledge of Mac and PC required along with windows office and filemaker.
