Job Desc: Assistant General Manager with the following:
Customer relations –
- Communicating with customers to determine their needs
- Quoting potential rigging jobs
- Scheduling rigging jobs
- Ordering of parts for rigging shop
Administrative –
- Day to day running of whole company
- Take care of all Gov't requirements for company
- Oversee and resolve personnel issues
- Oversee Administrative staff supervision
- Oversee financial progress of whole company – make suggestions for changes where necessary, and promote growth and progress of the co.
- Oversee marketing
- Communication with Vendors, incl. attending tradeshows
Intercompany –
- Hold weekly meetings between all Dept's Supervisors
- Implement changes within the Dept's where necessary to promote growth and efficiency
Skills required are:
Practical experience with and knowledge of Yacht rigging, servicing and maintenance along with the administrative aspects of these areas.
Experience with re-rigging of yachts is a must. Experience of yacht refurbishing projects is a plus as is experience in human resource management and administration.
Must be Computer Literate, Fluent in English, have a Friendly & Positive Attitude – be a Team Player with Good Communication & Customer Service skills.
