A leading Yacht, Motorboat and Superyacht (Power & Sail) Dealership with offices across Asia are recruiting at a Strategic Management level for a highly experienced Boat Sales Business Manager to take their trade to Asia, taking full responsibility for the success of all of the group’s brands across Singapore.

The Role

As a country manager you are a responsible for the success of your country as a whole but with a specific responsibility for sales revenue. You will be expected to lead the team, build morale and create high performing results orientated culture. The job of the functional leaders is to give you excellent functional support leaving you free to manage the business and revenue growth.

The role will involve a complete review of all systems, procedures and policies to ensure the best possible operation.
Train and coach brokers on the sales process, policies and procedures relating to brokerage ensuring best practice across the company
Set sales targets (in conjunction with sales director)
Develop business plan to grow brokerage treating it as a business unit ‎in its own right.
Travels regularly to all countries to review local brokerage operation, deals, skills etc plus maintain close watch on competitor activity.


The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of yacht brokerage experience which will include management and strategic responsibilities, with the ability to show what positive change they have implemented in previous organisations and detail what growth that produced.


Salary

Package equivalent to £50,000-£60,0000 + Commissions + Bonuses.
