The Marine Super Store is looking for an enthusiastic sales assistant to join our Port Solent team.
You will be working in-store facilitating all aspects of customer sales.
Key Responsibilities:
. Interacting with and serving customers.
. Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone;
. Ensure standards of stock presentation on the shop floor are maintained.
. Assisting stock management.

The main responsibilities will require individuals who are confident and professional communicators with previous retail or customer service experience. Knowledge and/or interest in sailing products is preferable.
This is a permanent position with a basic salary of between £15k – £16.5k per annum with an OTE of between £20k – £22k or more for a successful sales person.
As a full time member of our retail staff you will be expected to work alternate weekends with week days off in lieu.
