An international Manager is required to promote and develop international awareness and business on behalf of the marine sector.
Ideally from a background in International Business Development, you will be tasked with improving the footprint of the UK marine industry across the rest of the world, through organisation of international events, partnerships and also standing on various boards and committees. Understanding the products and services of those you work for will be key to your success when promoting these businesses.
Preferable would be experience working with governments at a local/international level. Marine sector knowledge is very much preferred but not essential, as is a reasonable grasp of a foreign language.
