Clipper Ventures is looking for 12 outstanding Race Skippers to lead a team of novice sailors in the Clipper Round the World Race.
Do you have an RYA or IYT Ocean qualification, a solid background of sailing experience and can demonstrate strong leadership abilities under pressure? If so, then Clipper Ventures wants to talk to you.
Each Race Skipper will lead a team of up to 70 novice sailors in an amazing adventure around the world starting and finishing in the UK. The race will last approximately eleven months and is run every two years. The next Clipper Race starts in August 2015.
The 12 race Skippers will be part of the overall race management team and are critical to making the Clipper Race a great success.
