Marketing Assistant required to join a leading manufacturer supplying the world's marine industry.
This role is perfect if you have a passion for sailing and boating in general!
This role would also suit a Marketing Graduate.
You will be a pro-active individual with excellent interpersonal & time management skills who can cope well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, able to build strong relationships and consistently deliver results.
Ideally degree educated in a relevant field and with some experience in a similar role.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work across all business areas and will be instrumental in the execution of an ambitious marketing communications plan.

- Undertaking market research and competitor analysis
- Digital marketing and CRM
- Updating and maintenance of web-based activity including the company website
- Assist with production of marketing collateral and photographic shoots
- Exhibitions and events
- Liaise with external agencies
- Updating internal presentations
- Press relations; progress chase and liaise with publications regarding printed & on-line presence, negotiate off-the-page activity.
- Seek and coordinate sponsorship activities
A good working knowledge of Word and Excel is essential, PowerPoint, Illustrator and Photoshop is desirable.
4 – 5 month contract with the likely potential of extension.
