Duties will include all aspects of sail making both new and service including the production of One Design, GP and Club Race, Blue Water Cruisers and Super Yacht sails, utilizing the latest membrane technology as well as paneled laminates, woven's and nylons.
As well as the work on the shop floor you would be expected as necessary to assist in sail collection, sail trials and fitting along with promoting the business out on the water at weekends and relevant regattas.
The ability to work as part of a close-knit team is paramount to this position and the ethos of the business.
A minimum of 3 years sail making experience is essential to this position.
