Marine Resources are currently working with one of the best known brands in the luxury marine sector, based in Dorset. Due to continued growth the brand now seek skilled GRP Laminators to join there team in building large luxury vessels.
Based at their central waterside manufacturing facility, you will be working to produce parts from hulls through to small component parts as part of the laminating team. Within the role you will be expected to produce items and projects to a high standard, whilst working in a manner that is efficient and tidy.
Whilst the role is marine related, you don't necessarily need to come from a marine background. Candidates from Automotive, Aerospace or similar industries, including those who have experience working with Composites, will all be considered. As part of the recruitment process you will be expected to undergo a small lay-up test at the manufacturing facility under the supervision of one of the line management team.

The requirement is for individuals to join the team as soon as possible, with interviews/skills test available on a weekly basis
