THE TRAFALGAR WHARF FAMILY ARE LOOKING FOR
A NEW MEMBER TO JOIN THE BOATYARD TEAM


We're looking for a new full time team member to come and join us at our Portsmouth marine site.  Our company is relatively young, but growing fast, and we need to find our perfect new addition.could this be you?

Who we're looking for:
A bright, friendly, active team player who enjoys working outdoors in all weathers, and also has a love and some knowledge of boats and boatyards.  Someone who is approachable and happy to help, but is also quick thinking and adaptable for when things don't go to plan!  Someone who is able to prioritise and manage their own workload and supervise others, who takes pride in their work, and loves to get the job done.

Skills we're looking for:
Some boat knowledge is important and knowledge of lifting, storing and launching boats would be an advantage, as well as some computer skills.  The role will require the operation of various plant and equipment including tractors, telehandlers, cherry pickers, boat hoists and specialist marine forklifts along with the normal operator maintenance for these types of equipment.  Full training will be given to the right candidate.  We are big on customer service here so a can-do attitude and a big smile is a must!
