JOB DESCRIPTION

Leading UK inland waterway boat builder require hands on Marine Engineering Foreman to lead a small team of experienced marine engineers.

Must have:

Extensive experience in the marine industry
Experience in a fast paced production environment
In-depth knowledge of :
power systems
heating systems
air-conditioning systems
engine propulsion systems
Good working knowledge of hydraulic systems


Skills to include:

People management
The ability to prioritise workloads and plan effectively
Problem solving and fault finding
To be confident, motivated, able to use their initiative and enjoy a challenge
A commitment to keeping up to date with new industry developments
