£25,000 - £32,000 depending on qualifications and experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

Applicants must possess the following experience and attributes:-
Proven experience of delivering quality industry standard instruction on communication courses   such as GOC, ROC and SRC;
Ability to develop and produce communication course material;
Experience of managing external examiners, re-sits & additional resources when needed;
MCA General Operators Certificate of Competency ('GOC') qualification;
 RYA Short Range Certificate ('SRC') Instructor/Assessor;
 Proven experience of teaching within a similar education environment essential;
 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector ('PTLLS') Award preferred but not essential;
 Self-starter with good interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.


Permanent Position / 40 hours per week over 5 days. Salary scale £25k - £32k dependent on qualifications and experience
