JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a vacancy for a Branch / Service supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of the new Chichester Marina branch.

To be successful in this role you must love the marine environment, have a desire to deliver excellent customer service at all times and be able to work under pressure. Have good communication and personnel management skills and the ability to inspire colleagues to deliver consistently high standards of work.  Providing quotes and costing for jobs together with monitoring work in progress is a significant part of this role.

It also includes sales of equipment such as inboard and outboard engines.

You will be expected to develop and grow the business actively promoting and seeking out opportunity for sales.

An understanding of business commerce and budget setting is required reporting to the Management board with engineer efficiency, sales figures and debt management.

You must be computer literate and a team player able to assist other members of the company when required with your marine industry experience and knowledge.
