JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is well known in the superyacht industry as an award winning design and manufacturer.  They’re now involved in production vessels ranging from 50’ to 90’ and require a Training Manager to recruit, train and manage the apprentices from varying disciplines such as mechanical, lamination, carpentry / joinery etc.

You will have experience of working within a busy production yard, building vessels from 50’ to 100’ with an industry leading brand.

Multi-cultural management experience is a must.
