JOB DESCRIPTION

My client, a well known brand of luxury products for the leisure marine industry, requires an experienced training officer, with an engineering background, to train their global distributors from the UK base.

You will have a proven ability to assess, design and deliver training, with the ability to evaluate the varying levels of success.

You will possess the ability and professionalism required to converse with all levels of management and staff, from engineers to owners.

This is a full-time position and requires a self starter to pioneer training programmes.
