A busy provider of a range of on-board AV/IT and Security Systems to the Superyacht world has recently won a prestigious contract for a vessel based in the Middle East. With the project due to run until June 2017, there is an immediate requirement for a skilled Project Lead or Manager to join the team to see this project to completion.
Working on a '6-on 2-off' basis you will be leading a team of experience engineers in the full fitout of an indepth security system aboard a very high profile vessel in a major Middle East Shipyard. As the Project Lead you will fulfil a role that will include client and employer liason, periodical progress reporting, staff management, cost updates and no doubt a degree of hands-on experience. It will be of huge benefit if you have already worked in this sector at a major international shipyard with an international team.
You will be expected to brief/de-brief at each return from site, and will work closely with senior management to ensure that high standards and time requirements are met at all times.
All Visa applications will be covered by the employer, as will travel and some expenses. Experience working in the Middle East, and an understanding of the various process that differ from the UK would be beneficial, but again not essential.
Salary:
c£50,000 + accommodation + expenses
