The person appointed will report to the Principal & hold overall responsibility for the standards of safety, instruction & compliance, including the well being of students & a small team of Cruising Instructors.

Dubai has extremely favourable sailing conditions and is a well established RYA centre within the GCC region.  We set the standard that others aspire to in this field, here in the UAE.

The club currently owns a Bavaria 44 for teaching the RYA Cruising Scheme and a large classroom for shore based lessons.  With the right leadership and drive, the club is looking to build on its current scheme and is always keen to expand and develop what we can offer our members and the wider community.  The facilities are great, with a restaurant, bar, beach and a full marina.  The club itself is a central hub for all sailing in the UAE, with a busy racing calendar for dinghies through to Keelboats.

Candidates must be commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Instructors (sail), with recent experience of delivering courses from Start Yachting through to Yachtmaster preparation.

Applications may also be considered from newly qualified Yachtmaster Instructors keen to develop the necessary experience.

Ideal additional qualifications would be RYA SRC Instructor, Radar Instructor, Diesel Instructor, First Aid Instructor, Power Boat Instructor.

Salary: Dependent on Experience; includes Basic Salary, Allowance and return flight seasonally.
