We are looking for a highly motivated, bright, friendly person who has all round experience and knowledge of boats to come and join us here at Trafalgar Wharf. Vision, positivity and the skills and knowledge to take total ownership of this new and exciting project are a must. This person will ideally have proven skills in boat handling and maintenance, management, business skills and sales.
We are just about to create an exclusive private members Powerboat and RIB club. We have quarter of a million pounds to invest in a range of boats for the club ready for this season, so we are looking for the right person right now. Being a member of this exclusive club eliminates the high cost of purchasing, maintaining and storing a boat. The members will have access to the boats and our already extensive facilities 7 days a week, 364 days a year for their boating enjoyment.
The right person will manage this project from day one: sourcing the boats and preparing them for safe use, building and maintaining the membership base, managing all the bookings, looking after the boats, training club members, agreeing and reaching financial targets, and as the club grows managing staff too.
This will be an extremely challenging role that will require a diverse range of skills, however, we will provide lots of support. This is a really exciting opportunity to start a new business from scratch; mould it, shape it and grow it without any personal financial risk. Your new long term career could start here.
