Kings Marine are a well established marine engineering company with offices/workshops at Chertsey in Surrey and Trafalgar Wharf, Portsmouth Hampshire.
We are looking for an experienced Marine Engineer who is able to carry out new engine and electrical installations as well as carry out routine maintenance and trouble shoot existing systems and equipment.
Some of the key tasks to be under taken are as follows:
* Inspect marine equipment and machinery and draw up work requests
* Carry out periodic and breakdown maintenance as required
* Use diesel engine knowledge to fault/find and maintain diesel propulsion systems
* Use knowledge to fault find and maintain petrol engines (outboard and inboard)
* Assist in the preparation of estimates for repair and upgrade work
* Maintain records of engineering activities including expense records for preparation of invoices
The successful applicant should have a full, clean driving licence and be happy to work out in the field as well as in the workshop as required.

Location: Ideally based at our Chertsey office although working from the Portsmouth branch will also be required.
