An unmissable opportunity has arisen for a high-performing sales executive to make a lucrative sum of money. The client is a leading manufacturer of a high-ticket product with many marine and non-maritime applications and is in need of a top, money driven, business savvy, relentless sales and business development professional to join their team to be a linchpin in the company’s expansion.
The product crosses the leisure marine, commercial marine, water sports, marina and port sectors, for offshore, coastal and inland waterways as well a plethora of non-marine applications.
The Role
This will suit a highly experienced sales person to manage the worldwide sales team. You will manage warm accounts as well as develop your own business, from initiating contact through to sale completion. This does involve about 30% travel; mainly short haul but there will also be some long haul travel 4-5 times a year. You will be looking into how to improve our client’s ability to sell worldwide.
The successful Senior Sales Manager will be:
- The ideal candidate is a top performing salesman in their field, but with a passion/interest for sailing, yachting, boating and the general Marine Industry.
- Proven experience managing a sales team
- You must be experienced in direct sales to B2B and B2C clients.
- An engineering/ technical education or background is highly desirable

Basic Salary £40-45k + generous bonus + Share options
