JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a premier inland marina based in south-east England.  Due to the continuing growth of our business an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious person to join the marina team.

You will already have a wealth of experience gained at supervisory / management level preferably in the leisure marine or holiday park industry and be looking for the next challenge in your career progression.

Your role will be to support the Marina Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day operational running of the marina. Plus you will have responsibility towards achieving planned sales & profit growth.

This is a hands on role where you will be expected to participate in all duties of the marina.

We are looking for a candidate who has the right personality and attitude, as well as the skills and knowledge, to contribute towards the continued success of our business.
