JOB DESCRIPTION
Watercooled are the leading provider of 5 star water sports activities in the United Arab Emirates, and are currently recruiting water sports instructors for their centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Positions are a minimum of a one year contract, with options to extend upon completion. Watercooled are constantly developing, and employment with us provides exciting opportunities for career development.
Package includes visa costs, insurance, one return air fare per year, accommodation, and food allowance. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
To be responsible for all areas of the watersports instructor role including but not limited to:
- Teaching various Watersports including fishing, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, SUP, motorised or kitesurfing (qualification dependent) for all ages from child to adult
- Ensuring guest safety on and off the water
- Providing excellent customer service, and performing in accordance to SOPs and centre guidelines.
- Operation and daily maintenance of the kit and equipment.
- Working with the Centre Management to ensure a coordinated approach for all events and activities
- Drive Watercooled sales within our partner hotels, and take an active part in developing the revenue through new products
- Managing bookings and the reception area, including handling revenue, and daily cash up duties
Requirements:
Candidates should hold the following minimum qualifications:
- RYA Dinghy Instructor or RYA Start Windsurfing Instructor
- RYA PB2
- VALID First Aid
Additional recommended qualifications:
- RYA Dinghy Senior Instructor or RYA Windsurfing Senior Instructor
- Keelboat/Multihull/Advanced/Racing Endorsements
- Intermediate Non-Planing Instructor
- Powerboat Instructor
