JOB DESCRIPTION

Office Based Sales Desk Administrator required to join our sales team. Must be interested in boating/sailing or have past chandlery and  sales experience.

Duties will include telesales to our existing customer base, answering the telephone and processing orders received by telephone, fax and e-mail and also dealing with all customer queries.

Candidates must be willing to learn about our product range which includes electrical and sail boat hardware etc., to gain an understanding of our products and their usage.
An excellent telephone manner required and  customer service skills preferable.
