JOB DESCRIPTION
Dubai Offshore Sailing Club is a premier venue for racing and coaching. The sailing centre has set up a Sailing Academy that has produced great results in National and International Competitions. The club is looking to build on this success with a strong candidate for the position of RYA Senior Instructor.
Race Endorsement/ Coaching Qualification / Optimist or Laser Racing and Coaching Experience
Experience in RYA centre operations
Job Description:
Responsibilities of the Chief Instructor may include, but are not limited to the following:
- To assist the Principal of the centre in the day to day running of RYA centre operations, as well as to assist with providing operational requirements of the RYA and local government.
- To run the Dubai Offshore Sailing Academy, with assistance from Race Instructor/Coaches.
- To instruct lessons where needed and also put into place a strong development programme for the instructors of the centre.
