JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Flotilla Skipper to run our flotilla from Athens in Greece. The job runs from end of April to end of September 2014. We want a confident and experienced skipper who relishes the opportunity to run their own flotilla; someone who enjoys being in charge and has the personality and initiative to get things done without supervision.

You must be RYA Yachtmaster (Commercially Endorsed) with plenty of sailing and yacht handling experience. You will have organisational skills to plan the weekly flotilla programme. You will have customer service skills to deal with clients with varied demands, expectations and skills. You will be able to carry out minor mechanical and electrical repairs whilst out on flotilla, although major problems will be dealt with by base engineers.

You will be working with a hostess onboard the lead yacht and assisted by the base staff to ensure an enjoyable and safe flotilla holiday for our customers.
