JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate must be a Yachtmaster Offshore with a happy, 'can do' disposition.
Able to communicate with guests and staff of all ages.  You must be self-motivated, flexible, organised and enthusiastic.  Previous customer service experience would be an advantage. 

You will be working as part of a team to provide an enjoyable and safe flotilla experience for guests of all ages and abilities following the Neilson programme.
