JOB DESCRIPTION
Gill is a leading technical clothing brand that has prided itself on producing technical sailing clothing that offers high levels of quality and performance for over 30 years. The company is going from strength to strength and this is a great opportunity to join us.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly driven person with a real interest in technical sailing gear to become part of our UK sales team, reporting to our UK Senior Account Manager.

Ideally based in the central south coast between Portsmouth and Poole this position covers a broad geographical base, will involve a high level of travel on a daily basis and regular periods away from home.  As an active sailing brand we are involved in a number of events and exhibitions, and these do require some irregular hours and occasional weekend work.

Essential qualities are a personable and understanding approach with a strong desire to succeed, completely self-motivated and happy to work on your own, and a strong ability to self-organise and plan.  Ideally you will be an active sailor, but an understanding of sailing or more general watersports would be highly desirable.

Backed by a sector-leading product and marketing proposition, you will be expected to deliver set sales targets.

We will provide a salary, bonus scheme, company vehicle and after an initial period the chance to take advantage of our private healthcare scheme.
