JOB DESCRIPTION
An industry leader, our client requires the Office Administrator to be responsible for the day to day support of all the Sales and Marketing activities including, but not limited to, assisting the Sales Manager with administration work, such as creating and maintaining computerised and hard copy files, producing pre-sales, contract and aftersales packs.
You will be responsible for diary management, travel and accommodation bookings. You will be attending boat shows and press events, many of which are abroad; therefore a valid EU passport is a necessity.
You will be producing marketing material with the Sales Manager as well as updating the company website and the social media sites.
The successful candidate must be versatile with an enthusiasm for working within a diverse environment. Your priorities are likely to change on a daily basis and at only a moment’s notice.
